  • After use, make sure to lay them flat before storing. This helps preserve their shape and absorbency over time.
  • Do not force them inside the training pants. Simply place them flat on the white absorbent area inside the underwear. There is no pocket: the insert rests directly on the fabric.
  • The insert should cover both the front and the back of the underwear. Also check that the underwear fits snugly around the thighs to avoid leaks.

  • Ensure the insert is smooth. Folds can reduce effectiveness. A flat insert = maximum absorption. 💧
