At Tiny Tots Undies, your satisfaction and your child’s safety are our top priorities.
Since our products are considered hygiene items, we follow strict health and safety standards regarding returns and refunds.

This policy applies to all purchases made on tinytotsundies.com.


💛 60-Day Satisfaction Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction period starting from the day you receive your order.

✅ Eligible items

This satisfaction policy applies only to unopened, unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Because our underwear is a hygiene product, any item that has been worn, tried on, washed, or removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

💡 Helpful tip

We recommend opening only one or two pairs to check sizing and comfort, while keeping the rest sealed until you are sure they are right for your child.

👉 If you are not satisfied

We will refund all items that remain strictly new, unused, and unopened.


📏 Wrong Size? Free Exchange

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit:

  • 100% of the return shipping cost

  • The reshipment of the correct size — free of charge

This service applies exclusively to size-related exchanges.


🔁 Other Return Requests

For other reasons (not related to size):

  • dissatisfaction with the product

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong item

➡️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A refund will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected by our Quality & Hygiene team.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • unopened

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in perfect condition

  • in their original packaging

Once these conditions are met, your refund will be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Washed items
❌ Items removed from sealed packaging
❌ Incomplete or damaged products
❌ Any underwear that shows signs of use
